Purple that only shows you what it is in the light. Flat on the bench it reads almost navy, then the sun catches the flake and the whole body goes deep space. The wings stay white so the sightline has somewhere to land, because on a head this size the eye needs one thing to hold on to.
A metallic purple laid over the body and shoulders, with the wings and the centre section left in a clean white so the long sightline reads the whole way back. The flake is in the colour rather than on top of it, which is why it shifts as the light moves across the head.
Every coat went on by hand, over a head stripped and prepped first, then sealed under a tour-grade clear coat. Hand-applied colour is why it looks like this, and it is also why it cannot be made twice. There is one, and this is it.
The 9R is the rounded take on the big Phantom 9 shape, with softer contours than the head it replaces, a taller face centre and more radius through the topline. It runs a mid-bend shaft for minimal toe flow, so it suits a stroke that stays close to straight back and straight through, and the long single sightline is the point of the shape. The 2026 model carries the full-face Studio Carbon Steel insert with Chainlink milling and the flattened sole.
Nothing that matters to the putt was touched. The face milling and the markings that identify the club are exactly as Cameron made them, so what arrives is an art piece you can put straight in the bag.
